Keva, featured staff for the month of October.
I am really excited to share my experience working for T.L.C. My name is Keva Eschenburg. I began working for T.L.C June of 2011. My first impression of the agency was very good. I felt welcomed and appreciated from the very start. I really like how involved they are with the clients and supportive of their hobbies, often show casing their abilities through Talent Shows, holiday parties, the Stars Committee and Award ceremonies. Employees participate in these events and are recognized for their hard work as well. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from working here as well as experience that I hadn’t gained from other agencies, just by sitting in meetings concerning a client, and listening to ideas that the client will benefit from. And when things seem to be inconclusive, being asked, “What do you think Keva”, really means a lot. Watching our clients grow, learn and change for the better is fulfilling.
This year I was presented with a beautiful award for employee of the year. And as I was walking up to receive my award I thought about what my grandfather once told me when I was unsure of what career path I wanted to take, he said “you can be whatever you want to be, just work hard, exceed your own expectations, never expect anything for it and everything will come to you.” So that was my unexpected moment.
