Our Story
Tailored Living Choices (TLC) began in 2006 with two remarkable women — Stacy Perez, LPT, and Vicki Robinson — who shared a deep belief that every person deserves the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life in their own home and community.
Stacy brought years of clinical experience working in developmental and mental health settings, while Vicki brought the perspective of a devoted parent raising her son with autism. Together, they built an agency grounded in compassion, understanding, and the belief that every individual, no matter their challenges, has the right to be seen, supported, and respected.
From the very beginning, TLC became known for saying “yes” when others said “no” — serving individuals with complex behavioral and medical needs, including those with Autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, dual diagnoses, Pica, and seizure disorders. The agency also helped individuals transition from locked facilities to independent living, supporting them with care and dignity every step of the way.
In 2019, we lost Vicki, whose warmth, creativity, and intuition continue to shape the heart of TLC. After Stacy’s retirement in 2021, TLC entered a new chapter of leadership—one rooted in the same commitment to excellence, integrity, and individualized care that began nearly two decades ago.
Today, TLC continues to grow while honoring its founders’ legacy. Our team remains devoted to individualized, person-centered support — celebrating every milestone, respecting every choice, and believing in every person we serve.

We believe that quality services begin with quality people. TLC’s staff includes case managers, personal attendants, and quality assurance personnel — all trained to meet the diverse behavioral, medical, and emotional needs of the individuals we support. Each employee receives ongoing training in areas such as behavioral intervention, crisis prevention, medication management, and community integration, ensuring that every person we serve receives the highest standard of care.

TLC’s leadership team oversees all aspects of agency operations, from client services and staff training to compliance, documentation, and ongoing quality improvement. We take pride in maintaining open communication, professional accountability, and a supportive culture that values teamwork at every level.

Founders Story
In 2006 Stacy Perez and Vicki Robinson launched Tailored Living Choices, (TLC), a Supported Living Services agency for people with developmental and mental health disabilities. The agency quickly became identified for their ability and willingness to serve individuals with severe behaviors such as, elopement, sexual offenders and assaultive behaviors. TLC has successfully played a pivotal role in transitioning individuals discharged from long-term locked facilities. They also specialize in serving people with Prader-Willi, Dual Diagnosis, Autism, Pica, forensics, and severe medical conditions including, Diabetes and Uncontrolled Seizure Disorders.
